Q1. Can I buy any product from abroad?

We wholesale only the following series of products to overseas customers:
Q2. Can I buy just one package?

We are sorry to have to set a minimum purchase quantity for each series of products. For example, for boxes containing 60 erasers, the minimum is 20 boxes. If you are a private client, please visit our retail store at eBay.(opening soon!). Q3. What is the difference between wholesale and retail prices?

Please pay in advance by bank transfer or by credit cards (PayPal). Banking fees and freight cost is on clients, your understanding and cooperation is highly appreciated. *All bank charges are payable by the customer. Please add JPY 4000 on your purchase amount when you arrange T/T. *For payment by PayPal, our acceptance fee ( 3.7%of your purchase value + 40yen) will be added on your final purchase amount. Q5. How long does delivery take?

If the products are in stock, we will reserve them for you immediately. After payment is confirmed (wire transfer receipt is sufficient), we will book the earliest ship/air service available. The delivery period varies depending on the destination, but we can deliver the products to Japanese ports within 2 working days. From the ports, it depends on the ship and air schedules. Ordering

(1) by bank transfer We prepare the invoice and packing list. Please transfer the invoiced amount to our bank account in Japanese yen. After payment is confirmed, we will ship the products. If you are in a hurry, you can fax us the wire transfer receipt that you receive from your bank.

(1) for large orders We book the earliest ship or air service available to the destination, preparing for export. (2) for small orders We will ship your merchandise by postal service(EMS/AIR/SEA/SAL). Based on the freight cost and lead time, please kindly tell our sales person the method you prefer. 4.
