1.Minimum order
At least 30,000 yen at wholesale prices.
2.Wholesale prices
Wholesale prices vary depending on the order value. Please contact us for further information.
3.Delivery methods
We propose the best delivery method according to the order volume. If you prefer a specific delivery method and/or delivery company, please inform us when placing your order.
4.Delivery costs
Our wholesale prices do not include any delivery costs. Customers are required to pay all delivery costs, including FOB and shipping costs.
5.Payment charges
We accept payment by PayPal, credit cards via PayPal, T/T and L/C. Customers are required to pay all charges.
6.Terms of payment
Customers are required to pay in full prior to product shipment.
7.How to place an order
Please use our inquiry form. We will send you an order form and our wholesale policy statement. If the wholesale prices, shipping costs, and other terms and conditions are acceptable, please state the quantity on the order form and send it to Iwako.

9.FAQ
(1) Do you provide samples?
We regret that we are unable to provide samples to prospective customers.
For current customers, however, we may offer samples for store display. Please consult with our sales representatives.
(2) When will your new products be available?
We do not announce information concerning our new products in advance of their actual release.
As soon as manufacturing starts and we are ready to fill orders, we post photographs of our new products on our website.
Please check our website frequently.
(3) Do you have catalogs?
Three catalogs are available: Japanese, English, and Collectors' Guide.
Please use our inquiry form to tell us which and how many catalogs you want.
Please understand that you will bear the shipping cost.
If you need a large quantity of catalogs, we may charge you for the catalog costs too.

(4) Do you provide sales promotion tools?
POP advertising signs and acrylic display cases are available.

10.To Become an IWAKO Sole distributor
IWAKO Authorized Dealers are dealers who purchase Iwako products directly from Iwako on a regular basis and wish to continue such purchases.
At Iwako, we work hard to help our Authorized Dealers sell our products in their markets.
Some dealers may be awarded sole distributorships in their markets. Dealers must fulfill the following requirements to be our sole distributors:
1. Sole distributorship must be appropriate and effective for the market region.
2. The dealer must have their own physical stores.
* We do not enter into sole distributorship agreements with companies who are only online.
3. The dealer must be a sufficiently large company with a good business record.
4. The dealer must have a good credit history.
