1. Available Shipping Methods
Available methods of shipment is Express Mail Service (EMS) .
EMS (Express Mail Service) is an express mail service provided by post office, available in many countries as listed on this page.

EMS Tracking Number will become available when your order is shipped.
Your package may be subject to customs charges and VAT once it arrives in your country. Also, in some countries, the post office may consign a courier who may charge additional clearance fee to deliver EMS packages. These charges are not included with our shipping charge, and it will be your responsibility to complete them in order to receive your order (learn more).

2. Shipping Charge

Post Office determines shipping charges based on the package weight. Similarly, our shipping charge is determined based on the weight of the order in two steps as listed below.
Step 1: Calculate Order Weight
When determining the shipping charge, our website calculates the weight of the order first, based on the item weight, quantity of items, and the package weight.
Order Weight = Item Weight + Package Weight

Note:
*Our website list above weights by default. The actual weight of the item will be different. If more accurate details about weight are available, then we list them instead.
*For collectibles and apparels, we list approximate weights based on information provided by suppliers or past data of similar products.
*Most of the time, the actual weight of items won' t become available until the item actually comes in. In some cases, the shipping charge may be subject to an update at the time of shipping. When that happens, we will contact you by email for your approval before proceeding to ship your order and charge you for it.
Step 2: Determine Shipping Charges Corresponding to Order Weight
Once the order weight is calculated, our website determines the shipping charge based on the tables listed here.

3. Tracking Your Order
Online tracking is available for orders shipped by EMS. After we ship your order. Click on it to track your package at Japan Post website.
Please note that it may take 1-2 days before online tracking becomes available. Until then, the following message may appear, but please disregard it and try again later: "The EMS item number was not found. Please check the item number once again."
Once your package reaches your country, you will also be able to track it at the post office/courier in your country.

4. Customs Duties and Import VAT
Important Notes:
Many of our European customers report that packages sent by EMS are more frequently stopped at the customs and they have to pay customs charges.
Customs office of the country where an order is sent to will consider the recipient of the package a personal importer. Customs duties and import VAT may be levied against the value of items included in the package according to regulations and laws of the country. If that happens, it will be the responsibility of the recipient of the package to complete the payment of these in order to receive the package.
Payments of customs duties are collected when packages are delivered, but depending on how it is handled in your area, you may need to visit your depot or post office to complete your payment and to receive your package.
Minimum Values
In some countries and regions, there may be a specific value of items above which customs duties are levied.
Please contact your customs office for further information.
Clearance Fees
Couriers may charge clearance fees independently from the customs charges and tax, and if that happens, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to complete the payment along with customs duties.
Also, clearance fees might be different depending on shipping methods. For information on how much these fees might be in your country, please contact your post office.

5. Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes, packages are returned to us by post office as undeliverable. This means either the shipping address was incorrect, attempts by the local post office/courier to deliver the package failed, the package was unclaimed, the recipient did not pay customs tax, or the package was refused by the recipient.
We refund only the item price subtotal when an order is returned to us as undeliverable.
Items that have been returned to us as undeliverable will be restocked immediately, and we are not able to ship them again. If you would still like to purchase the items, please place your order online again.
